About

In the last several years, my interest in Mexico has grown, especially now that I’m at an age where I’m starting to seriously think about and plan for retirement. Mexico is increasingly becoming a retirement destination for Americans and Canadians, and I’m giving it some thought myself.

Decided to come down, take a look around and see how it strikes me. The state of Veracruz seemed like an interesting place to start. This blog documents my trip in February of 2008.
